Fun with the little man

I know I have done 3 post in a row but I have been so busy!

The sun has been shining since we got back from Mexico so we have been out and really made the most of it. From parks to farms to country houses to a lovely wedding. Here is a little glimpse of the past 2 weeks in the Richardson house.

 We took a trip to Newfield Dairy farm in Hockerton, Newark. They make the best Ice Cream and all using the milk from their on site cows.

Mexico!!

Well, what a fabulous 2 weeks we had in Mexico. Isaac absolutely loved it and we really didnt want to come home. We stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun and flew from Gatwick with Virgin Atlantic. Everything was perfect.

Watching him play round the pool and on the beach was so relaxing. I obviously took a ton of photos but most were candid holiday album shots.

She has so much character and was a joy to capture.

Easter weekend

Easter was a while ago... I know! But I have only just got round to putting the pictures on my computer.
We had a lovely time up north in Darlington visiting grandparents. Isaac loved the attention, and the chocolate. We do still have plenty left though. It may keep us going until summer.
While away we visited a few parks, my favourite was Preston Park. They have a mock victorian street and I cant wait to take Isaac when he's a bit older. He was quite happy just running around though and chasing every dog he saw. We are all really looking forward to going back in the summer.

Risley Farm

Been so so busy recently that I haven't had time to take many photos never mind put them on here!!
We have had some fun though. We went to visit family for easter and had a few days out now the weather is finally letting us.
Last weekend we went to a little farm in Risley, Derbyshire. Its a small working farm that is free to walk round but you just buy the food for the animals.
Isaac loved it! and as its lambing season there were lots of adorable little lambs jumping around. So cute!!

Lets Bake Auntie Kylie!!

I had the joy that is my niece Ruby  to stop with me on Monday (for the first time!) AND WE BAKED! We had a very very busy day and Im not entirely sure how I got through the day without a nap (a 1 year old and a 3 year old are hard work!!) but we did - and we all finished the day in 1 piece. While Isaac did manage to sneak a nap, Ruby and I made a batch of cupcakes.

Messy Play

While dad is away we can play......and get very very messy!
My husband is very OCD when it comes to getting messy with Isaac, he is there with the baby wipes ready to pounce at the first drop to miss the paper....where as I think that its best if you make a bit of mess! Who cares if it takes longer to clean up than we actually spent painting??
Isaac had fun and we got a lovely paining made for when daddy got home....I think Isaac said it was a sheep but im not sure ;)
